THE CULT will reportedly support THE WHO on a number of dates in Europe this summer. Exact cities and dates will be announced soon.
THE CULT's current touring lineup includes principals Ian Astbury and Billy Duffy alongside bassist Chris Wyse, drummer John Tempesta (ex-WHITE ZOMBIE, TESTAMENT, EXODUS, HELMET) and rhythm guitarist Mike Dimkich.
According to a posting on the Rush Is A Band fan site, RUSH will officially announce the dates for its upcoming world tour on Monday (March 26) via a press conference in New York City. Pre-sales will begin Tuesday, March 27 for selected cities and MusicToday.com will conduct the pre-sale similar to how it was done in 2004.

"GET THRASH" THE STORY OF THRASH METAL: EAST COAST PREMIERE ANNOUNCED
"Get Thrashed: The Story of Thrash Metal", the much-anticipated documentary profiling the thrash metal scene of the early Eighties and its impact on the music scene, will have its East Coast premiere in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Sunday, April 1 at 6:00 p.m. as part of the Backseat Film Festival.

"Get Thrashed: The Story of Thrash Metal" had its world premiere at the 2006 Raindance Film Festival in London. The documentary screened on October 3 at the CineWorld, Trocadero Centre, Piccadilly, London. Director Rick Ernst, a longtime freelance producer for MTV, was on hand at the event.
