About potential European/U.K. Gigantour

"I talked to my agent yesterday in the U.K., and unless after the parting of ways between my former manager and I affect our relationship, I see no reason to question this fantastic agent's ability to bring us to you. We talked about possibly April and then again later for festival. Gigantour Euro/U.K. will be probably five bands and small venues to build our fan base. . . I told my agent I wanted Gigantour U.K./Euro to be MEGADETH, ANTHRAX, TESTAMENT, EXODUS, and someone else."

On whether the band's cover of LED ZEPPELIN's "Out on the Tiles" will be the Japanese bonus track on the group's upcoming CD, "United Abominations"

"It depends on how the record finishes. It could be the best song. I think it rocks!"

On how this Gigantour compares to the last one

"There have been some of the same challenges, and some new ones, but the fans have been the best and the bands all get along great!!!"

On whether he ever thought that Gigantour would be such a blast

"I had hope, and I am talking to my agent Mike Dewdney in the U.K. a bit about bringing Gigantour to Europe and the U.K. in April when the new record is released, and I want to talk to some of the bands from Clash of the Titans to do it with me."

Peter Sjöberg, aka Peter Lake, Mekong Delta's Guitarist has finished recording more than half of his band new album Orchestration has been finished and it seems that the basic tracks should be completed by the end of this month.

It is always a myth for the band line-up which leaves the unknown answer for their current lead singer. But Ralf is going to work on that. Hopefully, with this new approach, a qualified vocalist can be found.

Jon Schaffer, Iced Earth mainman, announced the following messages:

"I just wanted to make a quick and exciting announcement that I think many of you will be very happy about. Brent Smedley is coming back to ICED EARTH for the recording and touring of the 'Something Wicked' saga Parts 1& 2, and beyond.

"For those of you not familiar, you can hear Brent's amazing drumming on the 'Alive in Athens' CD, which in my opinion is the best thing about the recording. I can tell you that on a personal level this makes me very happy. Brent left the band about seven years ago due to personal issues and I've missed him ever since.

"WELCOME BACK BROTHER!! The machine-gun-tight rhythm section is back!!!!

"I wish Bobby Jarzombek [HALFORD, SEBASTIAN BACH] the best of luck in his future endeavors; it was a pleasure jamming with him in the short time that we did.

"Due to a personal situation, Ernie Carletti will not be able to participate in band activities. I will be making a significant announcement concerning the guitar and bass player positions very soon. Also, the writing is going well and things are on track. I will post some details soon on www.icedearth.com.
