TNT: TONY MILLS SAYING ABOUT THEIR NEW ALBUM "HAS ALL DIVERSITIES" HE EXPECTED

TNT, Tony Mills has posted the following message regarding to their upcoming album:

"Well, recording commenced nearly two weeks ago in Toten, Norway for the new TNT album. The material has all the diversities that I personally had hoped for, with the balls of TNT and the elegance of QUEEN and the post perspective of various 70's production attitudes.

'Something Special' rocks from top to bottom with complicated backing arrangements and 'I Cant Go On With This Feeling' smacks of the same colour and underlying power.

In all, six songs will be complete within the next week and mixing will commence in Denmark before December.

The album will be completed in February with the direction of the producer H.P. Gundersen, who to me seems like a modern day Andy Warhol... George Martin. A very talented guy who can seem to create unthinkable arrangements and follow them through to their completion with great ease. An important find.

Discussions are underway with various record companies for the release of the album with some labels already committed to the project."

JOE PERRY SUFFERING CONCUSSION AT LAS VEGAS CONCERT

So Hood magazine reports that AEROSMITH guitarist Joe Perry will be onstage tonight (Nov. 7) for the band's show at the Hollywood Bowl despite being in substantial pain having suffered a concussion Saturday night (Nov. 4) at the group's concert at the MGM Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Three songs into their set, in the midst of performing the band's immortal "Back in the Saddle" — footage of which will be an integral part of ESPN 's NASCAR telecasts in 2007 — Perry was struck in the head and face by a camera boom (one of 14 cameras that were filming the band).

Although he finished the 15-song, 90-minute set, Perry did black out and sustain a concussion-he is currently sporting a bump on his head and a black eye. "It was a scary moment for me, but you just say to yourself, 'To hell with it, play the song, there's 15,000 fans depending on you to not screw up.' Besides," adds Perry , who has the attitude of boxer who will fight to the finish, "it's going to take more than a camera boom to take me out."

OASIS STARTING NEW ALBUM

Uncut reported that Oasis are set to hit the studio this month to start work on a new album.

Liam Gallagher told Uncut: "I reckon we're going to start doing something this month, go to our studio. It's the bollocks.”

“Fuckin' old Tudor ranch in High Wycombe, fucking stay there and get it done. Just got to wait for Noel to finish his tunes I suppose."

The band release their Greatest Hits collection ‘Stop The Clocks' on November 20 and the younger Gallagher says its becoming something of a millstone.

He said: "I want to get this (album) out of the fucking way, it's doing my head in. To me, it's the last of however fucking long, the last 16 years of that label, that's done. We can start again."
