Two days after our last date with the T.P.B. we will be in sunny Florida on February 2nd at Bourbon St. in New Port Richey (just outside of Tampa). Thanks to Rich Rubin and Bourbon St. for moving the date ahead a week. To check out the club click here . Upon returning from Florida we'll be at The Hamilton Convention Center on Friday February 23rd with Teenage Head, and then the next weekend (Friday March 3rd) at Fiddler's Green in Cambridge, Ontario.

Several weeks ago I licensed the song 'Jaws Of The Tiger' to the people putting together the made-for-TV horror flick Punchy, which was being filmed in Hamilton, only blocks away from Ivor Wynne Stadium. My buddy Randy Heywood and I had set it up with Keren from the film company to come and watch them film Monday, November 27th. We arrived just in time to see Devon Ferguson (one of the villains in the film) wearing a Helix “ROCK YOU!” t-shirt and lip syncing to the song while threatening the hero in the film. We also chatted with Tara Spencer (from Corner Gas) who had a part in the film and director Jonathan Dueck."
